Ingredients

  • Cod Fillets – 4 (6 oz each), fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • Olive Oil – 4 tbsp, extra virgin
  • Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
  • Parmesan Cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
  • Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp, freshly squeezed
  • Fresh Parsley – 1 tbsp, chopped

Instructions
