Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place pie crust in a dish.
- Sauté veggies until tender.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Add the veggies to the egg mixture, pour into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
