Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Zucchini, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Burger buns (optional)
  • Lettuce and tomato for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Form into patties.
  3. Place the patties in a foil packet with chopped onion, bell pepper, and zucchini.
  4. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  5. Place a slice of cheese on each patty in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  6. Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for 2 minutes, if using.
  7. Assemble the burger with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings.

Notes

Do not pack the patties too tight to keep them juicy. Cut vegetables evenly for consistent cooking.
