- 1 lb Ground beef
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Zucchini, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Burger buns (optional)
- Lettuce and tomato for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Form into patties.
- Place the patties in a foil packet with chopped onion, bell pepper, and zucchini.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for 2 minutes, if using.
- Assemble the burger with lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings.
Notes
Do not pack the patties too tight to keep them juicy. Cut vegetables evenly for consistent cooking.
