Description
A simple, crispy side of Brussels sprouts and bacon made quickly in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices bacon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- Once the Brussels sprouts are crispy, remove them from the air fryer and toss them with the bacon pieces.
- Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese.
Notes
For added flavor, squeeze some lemon or drizzle balsamic vinegar before serving.
