Air Fryer Crispy Brussels Sprouts & Bacon

Crispy Brussels sprouts paired with salty bacon, cooked quickly in an air fryer for a delicious side or light main dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  6. Once the Brussels sprouts are crispy, remove them from the air fryer and toss them with the bacon pieces.
  7. Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese.

Notes

Dry the sprouts well for better crispiness. Cut larger sprouts in quarters for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
