A quick and easy way to cook juicy and tender filet mignon using an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 filet mignon steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary (optional)
- 1 teaspoon thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and herbs.
- Rub the mixture onto the filet mignon steaks.
- Place the steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Let the steak come to room temperature before cooking for even results. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for the best outcome.
