Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Salmon and Asparagus

A quick and healthy dish featuring crispy salmon and tender asparagus cooked together in an air fryer with a bright lemon and garlic flavor.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the asparagus in half of the mixture and place it in the air fryer basket.
  4. Brush the salmon fillets with the remaining mixture and place them in the basket with the asparagus.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
  6. Serve and enjoy your healthy meal!

Notes

Serve the salmon and asparagus right away. Squeeze extra lemon on top for more brightness. Add a side of rice, quinoa, or a green salad. Fresh herbs like parsley or dill work well on top.
