- 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
- Place the cubed potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Cut potatoes in similar sizes for even cooking and dry them well before adding oil and seasoning.
