Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Place the cubed potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley or chives, if desired.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

Cut potatoes in similar sizes for even cooking and dry them well before adding oil and seasoning.
