Crispy and flavorful Air Fryer Ranch Potatoes, a quick and healthy side dish that pairs well with any meal.

  • 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Try to keep the pieces roughly the same size for even cooking.
  2. Place the cubed potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper. Sprinkle over the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned potatoes in the basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with parsley or chives, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak potato cubes in water for about 30 minutes before cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
