Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 380°F (195°C) for 10 minutes, then flip the potatoes for even cooking.
- Roast for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
