Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes

Crispy air fryer roasted potatoes with a fluffy inside, perfect for any meal or as a snack.

  • 1.5 pounds potatoes (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook at 380°F (195°C) for 10 minutes, then flip the potatoes for even cooking.
  4. Roast for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking. You can also sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese in the last few minutes of cooking for a cheesy twist.
