Description

A quick and healthy air fryer salmon recipe that cooks in minutes while staying juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and spices (garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, cayenne if using).
  3. Rub evenly over both sides of the salmon and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, try a maple glaze or an herb crust. Make sure not to overcrowd the basket for even cooking.
