Ingredients

  • 4 oz salami, sliced
  • 4 oz pepperoni, sliced
  • 8 oz mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, salami, pepperoni, mozzarella balls, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
