Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden, then allow to cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold in apple butter and whipped cream until well combined.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crusts.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for easy mixing. If you want a little more spice, add a pinch of nutmeg to the filling. Wait to dust with cinnamon until just before serving.
