Delightful individual cheesecake cups with sweet and spiced apple butter, perfect for any season.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup apple butter
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Ground cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden, then allow to cool.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in apple butter and whipped cream until well combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crusts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, dust with ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for easy mixing. If you want a little more spice, add a pinch of nutmeg to the filling. Wait to dust with cinnamon until just before serving.
