  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine diced apples, cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pre-made pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the apple and cream cheese mixture into the crust.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the filling.
  6. Brush the crust with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
