Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the queso blanco cheese and cream cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, salsa, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are combined and the cheese is completely melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
Stir constantly while melting to keep the cheese smooth. Use fresh salsa for better flavor. Adjust jalapeños for desired heat.
