Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the tough ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the halved sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces and mix it into the bowl with the seasoned Brussels sprouts.
  5. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are golden and crispy and the bacon is cooked.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Cut Brussels sprouts evenly for uniform cooking. Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet for crispy results.
