- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the tough ends off the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces and mix it into the bowl with the seasoned Brussels sprouts.
- Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are golden and crispy and the bacon is cooked.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Cut Brussels sprouts evenly for uniform cooking. Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet for crispy results.
