Description

Quick and delicious stuffed mini peppers filled with a creamy cheese mix, bacon, and ranch.


Ingredients

  • 12 Mini bell peppers
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup Cooked and crumbled bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and crumbled bacon.
  4. Spoon the cheese and bacon mixture into the halved mini bell peppers.
  5. Arrange the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese to mix easily. Dry the pepper halves well to avoid watery filling.
