- 12 Mini bell peppers
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Cooked and crumbled bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and crumbled bacon.
- Spoon the cheese and bacon mixture into the halved mini bell peppers.
- Arrange the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese to mix easily. Dry the pepper halves well to avoid watery filling.
