Baked Cranberry Brie Bites

Delicious baked bites featuring creamy brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and crunchy puff pastry, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
  3. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of candied pecans (if using).
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes, then top with a tiny sprig of rosemary for garnish.

Notes

Make sure the puff pastry is fully thawed before starting. You can substitute different cheeses or nuts as desired.
