  • Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • 75 grams crumbled feta cheese
  • 30 milliliters olive oil or melted butter
  • 30 grams dried cranberries
  • 30 milliliters honey
  • 1 gram ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Brush the pear halves with olive oil or melted butter.
  3. Arrange the pears cut-side up in the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the pears with ground cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove from the oven. Top each pear half with crumbled feta cheese and dried cranberries.
  7. Drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme leaves if desired.
  8. Serve warm.
