Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 cup milk (or almond milk)
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Make sure the banana is ripe. Pit the dates.
- Put everything in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with banana slices on top or a sprinkle of cinnamon. Store in an airtight bottle in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
