Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
  2. Marinate the chicken cubes in half of the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve the skewers hot with the remaining bang bang sauce and garnish with green onions, if desired.
