- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced

- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the chopped cabbage and soy sauce; stir well to combine.
- Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the rice vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
