Ingredients

- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- Croutons
- Parmesan cheese
- Caesar dressing (made from scratch)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine minced garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Whisk in olive oil slowly until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss romaine lettuce with croutons and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately for best crispness.
Notes
Use cold, crisp romaine for the best crunch. Store dressing separately and do not dress the salad until just before serving.
