Description

A rich and creamy fudge made with sweetened condensed milk and two types of chocolate, topped with festive Christmas sprinkles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, spray it with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips in a medium bowl and the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a separate medium bowl. Divide the sweetened condensed milk in half, adding about 7 oz of the condensed milk to each bowl.
  3. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between. After fully melted, add in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and stir to combine. Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  4. Melt the white chocolate mixture in the microwave in the same way, stirring every 30 seconds. After it’s melted, add the remaining 1 tsp of vanilla extract and stir. Mix in the Christmas sprinkles and spread this mixture on top of the semi-sweet chocolate fudge layer.
  5. Top with extra sprinkles and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before slicing and enjoying.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. Use parchment paper to separate layers if stacking.
