Description
A rich and creamy fudge made with sweetened condensed milk and two types of chocolate, topped with festive Christmas sprinkles.
Ingredients
Scale
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
- 6 oz white chocolate chips
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
- 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, spray it with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside.
- Place the white chocolate chips in a medium bowl and the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a separate medium bowl. Divide the sweetened condensed milk in half, adding about 7 oz of the condensed milk to each bowl.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate mixture in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between. After fully melted, add in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and stir to combine. Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Melt the white chocolate mixture in the microwave in the same way, stirring every 30 seconds. After it’s melted, add the remaining 1 tsp of vanilla extract and stir. Mix in the Christmas sprinkles and spread this mixture on top of the semi-sweet chocolate fudge layer.
- Top with extra sprinkles and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before slicing and enjoying.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for 2-3 weeks. Use parchment paper to separate layers if stacking.
