Best Deviled Egg Salad

A quick and simple salad that captures the classic taste of deviled eggs, perfect for family meals or parties.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chopped eggs, celery, and green onions; mix until well combined.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
