- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the kale, banana, pineapple, ginger, and coconut water (or almond milk).
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
