Ingredients

  • 3 fresh peaches, cut into wedges
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 smidgeons pure stevia powder (or 2 tablespoons maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Pulse a few times on low to start blending, then turn the blender on high, combining all ingredients until well blended.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and drink right away for the best texture and flavor.
