Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 large low-carb tortillas
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • For the sauce:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp relish
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the diced onion in the same skillet and cook until translucent.
  3. Assemble the tacos by placing cooked beef on each low-carb tortilla.
  4. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles.
  5. For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl until combined.
