Blueberry Muffin Protein Smoothie

A quick and healthy smoothie that tastes like a blueberry muffin, packed with protein and fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, oats, whey protein powder, almond milk, and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes and blend again for a chilled smoothie.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy your healthy Blueberry Muffin Protein Smoothie!

Notes

Serve in a tall glass. Add a few fresh blueberries or a sprinkle of oats on top. Drink right away for best taste and texture. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
