A creamy, cheesy dip that combines the classic flavors of buffalo chicken wings, perfect for parties or game days.

- 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s Red Hot recommended)
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing or ranch, for garnish
- Fritos Scoops, baguette slices, carrot sticks, celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix thoroughly with a large spatula until well combined and creamy.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of a 1.5-quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the dish in the oven and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted, bubbly, and starting to lightly brown.
- Remove the dip from the oven and immediately drizzle with blue cheese dressing or ranch as desired.
- Serve warm with Fritos Scoops, baguette slices, and fresh carrot and celery sticks for dipping.
Notes
Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your spice preference. Serve with a variety of dippers for a fun experience.
