- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix until well blended.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles, if using.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and heated through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
For a smokier flavor, add cooked bacon bits. You can also use pepper jack cheese for extra heat.
