Burrata Salad

A fresh and quick burrata salad with marinated cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • Burrata cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Tear the fresh basil leaves and add them to the tomatoes, mixing gently.
  4. Arrange the marinated tomatoes on a serving platter.
  5. Place burrata cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
  6. Serve immediately or let marinate in the fridge for up to an hour before serving.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread or crostini. Keep burrata and tomatoes separate for storage.
