A quick and delicious Cajun Chicken Pasta recipe featuring spicy chicken, creamy sauce, and tender pasta.

- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken; toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
For less heat, use 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning instead of 2.
