A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring spicy Cajun flavors, tender chicken, and smoky sausage with bright vegetables.

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 pound sausage, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and sausage and cook until browned.
- Add the bell peppers and zucchini to the skillet.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the mixture and stir well.
- Cook until the vegetables are tender but still have a bit of snap.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Serve with rice, pasta, or a side salad. Can easily adjust spice level by changing Cajun seasoning amount.
