Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spiralize zucchini to create noodles.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  5. Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss in the zucchini noodles and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Serve immediately.
