- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spiralize zucchini to create noodles.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
- Add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Toss in the zucchini noodles and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook the zucchini noodles. Use fresh shrimp for best texture.
