- 1 can of cooked chicken, drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Caesar salad mix
- Croutons (optional)
- Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the drained chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Spread the chicken mixture onto a greased pizza stone or baking sheet to form a crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
- Prepare the Caesar salad mix according to package instructions and toss it with croutons and dressing while the crust is baking.
- Top the baked crust with the Caesar salad mixture once it’s done.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious budget-friendly lunch or dinner!
Notes
Drain the canned chicken well to avoid a soggy crust. Press the crust thin to ensure even cooking.
