Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Caesar salad mix
  • Croutons (optional)
  • Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the drained chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well blended.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture onto a greased pizza stone or baking sheet to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
  5. Prepare the Caesar salad mix according to package instructions and toss it with croutons and dressing while the crust is baking.
  6. Top the baked crust with the Caesar salad mixture once it’s done.

Notes

Drain the canned chicken well to avoid a soggy crust. Press the crust thin to ensure even cooking.
