Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

A delightful treat combining rich cheesecake and sweet tart apples, topped with a luscious caramel swirl. Perfect for any occasion!

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the diced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and use a knife to create a swirl.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Serve with additional caramel sauce if desired.

Notes

For best results, ensure your cream cheese is softened. Use firm apples for the best texture and flavor.
