Delicious and healthy Cheddar Ham Protein Biscuits made with cottage cheese, cheese, and ham, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 6 oz ham or turkey, diced
- 1/3 cup chives, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly flour the parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, onion powder, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, whisked eggs, diced ham, and chives. Stir until everything is mixed well.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Use your hands if necessary.
- Transfer the dough to the baking sheet, flatten it into a rectangle, and cut it into 12 portions.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
