Quick and tasty wraps that capture the flavor of a cheeseburger, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 4 large tortillas (low-carb or regular)
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cheese to the beef in the skillet and stir until melted.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread ketchup and mustard on each one.
- Divide the beef mixture among the tortillas and top with pickles and onions.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Optionally, grill the wraps for a few minutes on each side to crisp them up.
- Slice in half and serve.
Notes
For added flavor, consider bacon bits or BBQ sauce instead of ketchup.
