Quick and tasty wraps that capture the flavor of a cheeseburger, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 4 large tortillas (low-carb or regular)
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add cheese to the beef in the skillet and stir until melted.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread ketchup and mustard on each one.
  4. Divide the beef mixture among the tortillas and top with pickles and onions.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  6. Optionally, grill the wraps for a few minutes on each side to crisp them up.
  7. Slice in half and serve.

Notes

For added flavor, consider bacon bits or BBQ sauce instead of ketchup.
