- 12 oz tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 1 lb steak (sliced thinly)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Add onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
- Stir in tortellini and beef broth, bringing to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until tortellini is cooked.
- Mix in provolone cheese, stirring until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve warm.
Notes
Serve hot from the skillet. Add extra cheese or black pepper to taste. Pairs well with a salad or crusty bread.
