- 1 can of refried beans
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of salsa
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, and cumin, and mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. You can also add ground beef or chopped jalapeño for variations.
