Description

A creamy and cheesy bean dip with a mild spice from salsa and cumin, perfect for parties and quick snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of salsa
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, and cumin, and mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. You can also add ground beef or chopped jalapeño for variations.
