Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground sausage to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in the riced cauliflower and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Mix in the shredded cheese, stirring until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
Use pre-riced cauliflower to save time. Pair with shrimp or incorporate more vegetables for variety.
