Cheesy Chicken Garlic Bread Sandwich

A delicious and easy meal combining garlic bread, tender chicken, and melted cheese, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of garlic bread
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lettuce, tomato, or any preferred toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Place one slice of garlic bread on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture on top of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  6. Top with another slice of garlic bread to form a sandwich.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

For a crunchier sandwich, toast the garlic bread before assembling. Use leftover chicken to save time.
