- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the ranch mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and return to the oven.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
