- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the ranch dressing, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the broccoli florets and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use fresh or thawed frozen broccoli. For a crisper top, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end, watching closely.
