- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cooked sausage, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the sausage until browned.
- Combine broccoli, cauliflower, and cooked sausage in a baking dish.
- Whisk together heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the veggies and sausage.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and Parmesan evenly on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot as a side dish or a complete meal.
Notes
Cut vegetables into even pieces for consistent cooking. Brown sausage well for more flavor. You can use reduced-fat cheese for a lighter option.
