Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and scallops, cooking until they are just opaque.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, paprika, salt, and pepper until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
- Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with a green salad, steamed vegetables, or crusty bread. Do not overcook the seafood before baking to maintain tenderness.
