Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and scallops, cooking until they are just opaque.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, paprika, salt, and pepper until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
  6. Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
