Ingredients

  • 1 batch Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookie dough
  • White chocolate melting wafers
  • Holly berry sprinkles
  • Food scale
  • Light-colored baking sheets

Instructions

  1. Make your maple cinnamon cookie dough and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Once chilled, use a food scale to portion out your dough into 1.5 oz balls.
  3. Preheat your oven and bake the cookies.
  4. Let the cookies cool completely after baking.
  5. Melt your white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at half power.
  6. Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted white chocolate and lay them on wax or parchment paper to dry.
  7. Let the chocolate harden.
  8. Drizzle extra melted white chocolate over the dipped cookies and sprinkle holly berry sprinkles on top.
