- 1 batch Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookie dough
- White chocolate melting wafers
- Holly berry sprinkles
- Food scale
- Light-colored baking sheets
Instructions
- Make your maple cinnamon cookie dough and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, use a food scale to portion out your dough into 1.5 oz balls.
- Preheat your oven and bake the cookies.
- Let the cookies cool completely after baking.
- Melt your white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at half power.
- Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted white chocolate and lay them on wax or parchment paper to dry.
- Let the chocolate harden.
- Drizzle extra melted white chocolate over the dipped cookies and sprinkle holly berry sprinkles on top.
