A simple and tasty copycat version of Chick-Fil-A Chicken Salad that you can customize to your liking.
Ingredients

- 2 cans of chicken, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard. Mix until well combined.
- Add chopped celery and onion, and season with salt and pepper. Mix again.
- Serve the chicken salad on lettuce leaves or as a filling for sandwiches.
Notes
Store leftover chicken salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Consider using low-fat mayo and Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
